Bookings and payment

Classes, consultations and appointments are booked via our online booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy

YOGA & EVENTS 

  • Please cancel classes online at least 12 hours before start time for a full class credit refund.

  • Use a 4 x class-pass up within 2 months of purchase

  • Late cancellations (under 12 hrs): refund forfeited.

  • Events: cancel up to 48 hours before the event.

  • No-shows: treated as late cancellations — no refund.

  • To cancel: use your online account portal, or text/call the clinic directly.

  • Waitlist bookings: you're responsible for managing these — cancel outside the 12-hour window if you can no longer attend.

HOMEOPATHY & EVENTS

  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel/reschedule an appointment or event.

  • Late cancellations (under 24 hrs): 50% fee charged, 50% refunded.

  • No-shows: no refund.

  • Prepared/dispatched remedies & flower essences are non-refundable.

  • To cancel: use the booking portal, or call/email the clinic during business hours.

POLICY DETAILS

  • First Homeopathic appointments require a pre-appointment questionnaire filled in (if possible) and 48 hrs' notice.

  • Business hours: Mon–Fri 9–5pm, Sat 9:30–1:30pm.

Remedies and kits

Remedies are included in the cost of the First appointment and follow ups. Supplements and  herbal tinctures are not included. Remedies and kits are available to purchase - please enquire. We make up bespoke homeopathy kits such as First Aid, Travel Kit, Flu Season Kit, University Helper Kit and individual remedies and tissue salts.

Storage - homeopathic remedies last indefinitely if they are stored in a cool dry spot away from direct sunlight and Wifi. Keep away from children.

If the full price of a session isn't possible for you, you're welcome to get in touch privately to discuss options, including a pay-what-you-can rate for classes. See the Prices & Timetable page for more.
