As founder of the Sunbeam Clinic, based in South Dorset, I hold a licentiate in Homeopathy from the College of Practical Homeopathy, London. I'm also a trained Ashtanga Yoga teacher, as well as a certified Yoga instructor for Dyslexia, and Trauma Informed Yoga teacher.

I gained my Ashtanga Yoga teacher certification through Yoga Alliance UK, trained by Brian Cooper PhD. I started teaching in 2013, and now lead weekly Ashtanga and Restorative Yoga classes for students of every age and ability.
A natural, holistic approach
My interest in homeopathy grew out of my own search for a more natural way to look after my health. As a mother of two, I've seen first-hand how a holistic approach can improve a family's day-to-day wellbeing. This has inspired me to continue to train in further natural health practices, bringing even more holistic approaches and options to my patients.
My approach
I am a Practical Homeopath, which means i use many tools for my prescribing, including tissue salts, homeopathic medicine, herbal tinctures, Bach flower remedies, quantum magnetic resonance analysis.
I will take your full case history before analysing to search for the root cause of the issue, as opposed to just the symptom on the surface. This way we are creating a treatment plan which will support the body's own organs and systems in healing.

Qualifications
Homeopathy
RSHom – Registered member of the Society of Homeopaths, the largest register of professional homeopaths in the UK. The RSHom letters are the public's guarantee of a practitioner trained to rigorous standards, registered, insured, and bound by a strict code of ethics.
LCPH – Licentiate of the College of the Practical Homeopathy qualification in practical homeopathy. I am also registered with the Society of Homeopaths (recognised in US as well as Europe).
